At Kaashi Creations, every piece is carefully inspected and securely packed before it begins its journey to you.

Order Processing

Ready-to-ship orders are usually dispatched within 2 business days after the order is confirmed. Sundays and public holidays are not counted as business days.

Orders requiring fall and pico, tassels, alterations, custom stitching or other personalisation may need additional processing time. Our team will share the estimated dispatch time with you.

Shipping Within India

We offer complimentary shipping across India. Cash on Delivery is available on eligible orders and locations.

Delivery time after dispatch depends on the destination and the courier service. Delays may occasionally occur because of public holidays, adverse weather, courier disruptions or circumstances beyond our control.

Delivery Address

Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address, including the correct PIN code and contact number. An address may not be changed after an order has been dispatched.

If an order is returned because of an incorrect address, an unavailable recipient or repeated failed delivery attempts, additional shipping charges may apply before it is dispatched again.

Customised and Made-to-Order Pieces

Dispatch timelines for customised, stitched or made-to-order pieces may differ from those for ready-to-ship products. The expected timeline will be confirmed before the order is processed.

Damaged or Tampered Packages

If the package appears damaged, opened or tampered with at the time of delivery, please do not accept it.

If you discover any damage after opening the package, contact us within 24 hours of delivery and share clear photographs and an unboxing video so that our team can assist you.

International Shipping

For international orders, please contact us before placing your order so we can confirm shipping availability, estimated charges and delivery requirements. Any customs duties, import taxes or local charges applicable in the destination country must be paid by the customer.
